Anti bullying for kids - taught at our location or at your club or school.
Self Defense - Women's , teen girls, families, senior citizens, men's and more.
Special classes - announced throughout the year, including ladies, family, and special interest group self defense programs.
Below are age guidelines for Taekwondo and Hapkido programs. We will work with your schedule and family needs to match you with the best group.
Little Kickers - ages 3 to 6
Moo Duk Kwan Kids - ages 7 thru 10
Adult - Ages 11 through Senior Citizen
